Working as a Regional Coordinator around the clock 24/7 with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) PTA, FAB, MoIT, PTCL, ISI, IB, NAB, Ministry of Interior and all Government organizations of Interior Sindh & Baluchistan region.
To Handle all matters related to Grey Telephony (MSISDN blocking & restoration) in coordination with PTA Enforcement Division.
Coordinate with PTA/FAB for efficient conduct of QoS surveys, Quality of Service assurance and Network Interference complaints.
Handling of any operational/regulatory requirements and projects, as assigned by line manager.
To maintain friendly atmosphere & good relations with LEAs for smooth working.
Complete filing & proper documentation of correspondence with Authorities. Defence Housing Authority( DHA),Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Clifton Cantt, Steel Mills, Karachi Port Trust (KPT) & others
Maintaining of daily log for incoming & outgoing information / correspondence.
